Module 1: Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Module 1 explores the initial setup and configuration of Dynamics CRM. Student will become familiar with the primary steps necessary to properly initiate a new Dynamics CRM Online implementation. ;
Module 2: Manage and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, entity relationships
Module 2 covers the core entities of CRM. The student will become familiar with relationships between records and these can be leveraged to influence record behavior. The student will learn how to configure these relationships and how to create custom entities. ;
Module 3: Create and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM fields and forms
Module 3 introduces the student to forms and field types necessary to accomplish a variety of tasks. The student will learn to create and leverage these fields and forms to interact with CRM in powerful ways. ;
Module 4: Solution Management
Module 4 teaches students how to utilize solutions to package and distribute customizations across environments and organizations. ;
Module 5: Create and Manage Views and Visualizations
Module 5 looks at the visual elements of Dynamics CRM and the Interactive Service Hub and the tools for creating and displaying filtered data to users through views, dashboards and themes. ;
Module 6: Manage and Implement Security
Module 6 dives into the nuances of the security structure within CRM. Students will become familiar with permissions at a user and team level as well as the implications of access teams, hierarchies and layered permissions and how to implement these settings appropriately.;
Module 7: Implement business rules, workflows, and business process flows
Module 7 explores the power of automation in Dynamics CRM to guide user experiences and interact with data. Students will gain hands on experience with the core automation functionalities of Dynamics CRM and how recent enhancements can be leveraged to perform actions that previously required custom code. ;
Module 8: Mobility
Module 8 applies the skills learned in the earlier modules to configuring the mobility platform. ;
