In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering high end technical training content focused on technologies focused on the Microsoft Azure Developer Stack. The CTA will engage with large enterprises, solution integrators and ISV customers to help gather requirements and build readiness plans used to enable their teams for their successful move to the cloud. The successful candidate should have strong developer experience with Microsoft Azure.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Be the “Best of the Best”, in Microsoft Azure developer training
  • Be a thought leader in the Microsoft Azure developer community
  • Create high quality technical training content in the form of presentations, videos, labs, hackathons, etc.
  • Technical pre-sales support for Opsgility’s sales team to understand our clients’ needs and requirements and scope opportunities
  • Drive strategy for the Microsoft Azure technology pillar within Opsgility and our online learning platform SkillMeUp.com by providing guidance on technology trends and staying ahead of the curve

In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering high end technical training content focused on technologies focused on the Microsoft Developer Stack. The CTA will engage with large enterprises, solution integrators and ISV customers to help gather requirements and build readiness plans used to enable their teams for their successful move to the cloud. The successful candidate should have strong developer experience with .NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio, VS Code, C#, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps as well as great communication skills.

Training Project Manager

Overview

The Training Project Manager (TPM) role is the glue that makes Opsgility run. As a TPM your responsibilities will range from collaborating with internal and external course authors to create new courseware for the popular Skill Me Up learning service to coordinating instructor-led training deliveries across the globe. We are looking for that person that has strong technical skills (PC) that understands everything from Outlook and PowerPoint to video editing with tools like Camtasia and Sound Forge. The ideal candidate has superb attention to detail, can keep track of multiple tasks, has strong communication skills and is an expert at collaborating with team members to ensure that every course and delivery that is in your control is completed flawlessly and on-time.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology
  • Familiarity with sprint management tools Kanban boards etc..
  • Strong technical skills with Windows and Office
  • Audio and Video editing experience is highly preferred
  • 2-3 years of technical project management experience preferably with training deliveries

Overview

Opsgility is leading the charge for enabling organizations to adopt the Microsoft Cloud through reskilling of their staff on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. We are seeking a Customer Success Lead to join our team that is an expert team builder with a passion for coaching others and dedicated to making their team and customers successful. Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of cloud computing (preferably with the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem), understands how to navigate large organizations, and is an expert at becoming the trusted advisor for your team to help them understand how to identify new opportunities for growth in their accounts and strategies to acquire and win new clients. The ideal candidate has a solid track record in customer success in managed services or SaaS adoption, a hands-on leader that gets into the weeds with their team to help them succeed, a background in consultative sales so they can successfully lead their team to help customers achieve their business goals and solve pain points by creating and executing learning paths utilizing Microsoft Cloud technologies.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in Opsgility’s offerings (Instructor-led training, content development and delivery, and our online training platform SkillMeUP.com)
  • Work with your team on an account-by-account basis to build a strategy for success to ensure customers are getting the most out of their purchased services as well as new opportunities to make them successful
  • Work with your team to help them win new opportunities by successfully positioning Opsgility products and services and overcome objections

In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering high end technical training content focused on cloud-based solutions that leverage Azure IaaS services, with a strong understanding of how to implement cloud security, and governance for instructor-led training as well as on-demand training for our learning platform SkillMeUp.com.

The CTA will engage with large enterprises, solution integrators and ISV customers to help gather requirements and build readiness plans used to enable their teams for their successful move to the cloud. This role requires deep technical expertise as well as strong business acumen with the ability to speak to C-Level executives and highly technical subject experts equally. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud (GCP) and 10+ years of experience working with enterprise private cloud infrastructure.
