Project Manager

Job Description

Looking for the next challenge in your career? Opsgility has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to make a heavy impact in our organization directly from within our headquarters in Flower Mound, TX (Dallas Suburb). The Project Manager will maintain project plans, organize on-demand course releases and manage end-to-end project execution for new initiatives and ongoing projects. The project manager will act as the escalation point of contact and work directly with the delivery team to manage expectations and mitigate risks as they arise. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational and written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must use inter-personal skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners within the organization. The right candidate is smart, detail-oriented, productive and effective both as an individual contributor and as a team member and is well equipped to work within a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities to Include

  • Work with the delivery team to monitor day-to-day activities and ensure multiple projects are progressing on schedule and on budget
  • Ensure requirements and project milestone dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon by the delivery team and all stakeholders
  • Develop and manage the project plan, task lists and timelines
  • Communicate project status and priorities with stakeholders
  • Coordinating project deployments with delivery team
  • Establish best practice and manage Asset and Resource Control process and procedure
  • Actively monitor inter-project dependencies and risks to identify potential problems and protectively recommend solutions to address them in advance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of technical project management experience preferably with training deliveries
  • Experience with managing 3rd-party vendor relationships
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in an extremely fast-paced organization
  • Ability to take initiative, to work with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills, including the ability to translate technical information into business terms
  • Competency with industry standard project management tools is required including Github
  • Experience creating reports and documentation

Social Media Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable, articulate, quick witted and forward thinking Social Media Manager to join our fast growing team, headquartered in Flower Mound, TX (suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth). This person will be the social voice of Opsgility and must be someone who is passionate about all things Cloud related with a natural curiosity for exploring and experimenting with what’s next in social and for seeking out what’s next in upcoming cloud related technologies. Responsibilities to Include

  • Create strategies for building and nurturing Opsgility communities on multiple social platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more).
  • Be the social voice of the Opsgility brand and a bank of knowledge on our offerings and services, as well as social trends and best-practices more broadly.
  • Produce smart, creative, and personalized social content to facilitate and help lead conversations across a variety of social networks.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in “Social” way. ENGAGE with the community especially when our content gets comments, likes, and shares, etc.
  • Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogs and answering questions where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in social media, community management, and digital communication

Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be on the front-lines supporting our most important customers as they take our custom technical training to enable their companies for the cloud. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality level of Opsgility training content. This means you will quickly become a cloud guru by spending most of your time essentially taking and improving training!

Primary Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist Are:

  • Work directly with customers via phone, email or other collaboration tools to resolve technical issues with the opsgility.com website or the hands-on lab guides we supply our students for technical training.
  • Perform quality assurance by testing lab guides and watching training videos to ensure quality and minimize support requests

Qualifications

  • Passion for learning new technology. In the cloud technology moves fast, and you will be asked to keep up with it!
  • Fantastic communication and organization skills
  • Experience troubleshooting with background in customer support is preferred
  • Strong technical background: - Windows, Linux - Scripting background (PowerShell, Bash etc..) - Coding experience is preferred but not required (C#, JavaScript) - Experience with cloud computing is preferred but not required

Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling and converting incoming leads into closed sales and/or scheduling qualified lead hand-offs to the Managed Account Executives. You will also be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and networking activities through telephone, and email. Customer interaction will comprise the majority of the workday in the form of telephone and email communications and follow-up, in an effort to sell and market our solutions and services to prospects. Proactive use of LinkedIn and other networking tools is a plus.

This role has the opportunity to grow into an Enterprise Account Executive as we are on a rapid growth pace.

Primary responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative are:

  • Provide prospect profiling and oversee formulation and execution of each call campaign.
  • Establish strategic relationships with new customers, key decision makers, influencer's, and partners.
  • Responsible for providing reports on sales activity and forecasts.
  • Convert incoming qualifying leads into sales and/or scheduling qualified leads with your outside sales team to develop existing and new leads and convert to sales.

Qualifications

Customer Success Representative

Job Description

Opsgility has an immediate opening in our Flower Mound, TX headquarters for an outgoing, customer-focused and detail oriented person to help support customer usage and satisfaction with our online service. This role is integral to the Opsgility team in order to take our startup to the next level and has a direct, daily impact on the success of our company.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct Customer Training by providing demos of online service and features and answering any initial questions regarding service
  • Notify users when subscription is close to expiration
  • Schedule monthly check in calls with business subscribers for Business Development Manager
  • Monitor usage and assist with driving additional usage on business subscriptions

Assist with Account Management Efforts

  • Onboarding new clients
  • Monthly follow up with clients
  • Identify Cross-sell and Up-sell Opportunities

Skills/Requirements

  • Excellent communicator both in customer and internal relationships.
